Happy first post!

I would love a post-vacay debrief not only on how these performed but also what you saw OTHER people wearing and if you liked anything you saw. xo

will definitely circle back on efficacy, post travel… but i am not sure that i can compare look AND efficacy to what others are using. lack of strength and balance make up a big part of why the shoes are importantly.

a decade or so ago, i’d have probably been cool in flip flops! 🤷‍♀️

I loved reading this as a shoe affecionado, and I’m tempted by several of the styles! I must also say that I love your nailpolish

Hopping over here from the Sort and so glad to subscribe!

I fell prey to the Olsen influence, but the Voyas gave me terrible blisters! I have narrower, sensitive feet and don't do well with sandals that bend (which is most of them lol) due to some metatarsal issues. Suicokes do okay for me in that respect but I wish there was a thin, inflexible shoe out there for me because like you, I find the clunky look a bit grating these days.

Thanks for the recon!

Oooh, such mixed reviews of the Voyas! I think they really will work best for wider feet.

Needing a stiff sole is a tricky one. Lots of clogs, I’m guessing? I do think some of No 6’s new clog sandals look great, lol, but obvs not for beach/water time!

I meant to reply to this a month ago lol. Thank you I will check them out!! Beklinas look like they may do the trick as well. I'm also partial to vintage Stephane Kelian <3. Looking fw to checking out more of your newsletter!

Haha, I actually designed the Beklina ones a couple of years ago! They are good!
